摘要
本钢１６ｍ２竖炉球团低温还原粉化性能相当差，ＲＤＩ指标只有５０％～６０％，为改善这一情况，进行了大量的实验室试验及工业试验，提出了一些抑制球团还原粉化的措施。实际生产表明，采取这些措施后，可将ＲＤＩ指标提高到８０％以上。
The lowtemperature reduction degradation property of pellet from 16m2 shaft furnace in BenXi Iron and Steel Co.is very bad.with only 50%～60% of RDL For improving the RDI,ahost of laboratory and industrial experiments are carried out,some measures for depressing reduction degradation of pellet are presented.Actual production shows that RDI will be over 80% after adopting the measures.
