摘要
介绍了新显色剂邻羧基苯基重氮氨基-4-苯基-2-噻唑(CPDAPT)的合成方法,并研究了在混合表面活性剂OP-SDS存在下,与铂显色反应的适宜条件。结果表明,在pH6.4-7.0范围内,铂与CPDAPT形成1:2红色络合物,其最大吸收波长位于490nm,络合物的表现摩尔吸光系数,铂浓度在0-5.0ug/25ml范围内遵守比尔定律。该试剂对铂的测定灵敏度高,操作简便。方法用于催化剂中微量铂的测定,结果满意。
This paper described the method of synthesis of o-carboxylphenyldiazoamino-4-phenyl-2-thiaole(CPDAPT)* and the colour reaction between the reagent and platinum has been studied.The results show that in the medium of pH6.4-7.0 and in the presence of OP-SDS platinum(Ⅱ) reacts with CPDAPT to form a red complex with the mo-*lar ratio of 1:2 The complex exhibits maximum absorption at 490nm with a molar absorptivity of 4.27 x105L. mol-1. cm-1.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-5ug/25ml for Pt(Ⅱ).the method has been applied to the determination of micro platinum(Ⅱ)in Pt-C catalyst with satisfactory results.*
