摘要
对比研究了普通浇注、低过热浇注和悬浮浇注三种不同工艺方法对轴承钢锭的温度场和成分分布的影响。结果表明,悬浮浇注能有效地改善轴承钢锭的温度分布,极大地改善钢锭横截面上的碳、硫、磷元素的中心偏析,提高了轴承钢锭的质量。
In this paper,three casting methods,including traditional casting,low superheat casting,suspension casting and their effect on the temperature field,and segregation of bearing steel ingot have been compared and studied in detail.The results show that suspension casting can make the temperature field uniform,eliminate macro segregation of C,S and P,and improve the quality of bearing steel ingot.
