摘要
研究的成果是模糊控制器在微张力控制系统中的应用。解决了微张力控制系统中的非线性和滑模变结构问题。给出了电流检测方法,多机架连轧时微张力控制以及主速度设定自学习方法。使得多机架连轧微张力控制从理论变为现实。
In this paper,the application of fuzzy controller to microtension control of multistand rolling mill is introducedThe problems connected with nonlinear character and sliding mode variable structure have been solvedThe current measurement method,microtension control method for multistand continuous rolling and self study method for rolling speed setting are givenThis approach makes the theory of multistand microtension control become practical
