摘要 动物模型是全面理解脑组织损伤机制和建立良好治疗策略的基础,因此建立操作简便、稳定、可靠且重复性好的活体脑缺血动物模型是研究人脑卒中的病理生理机制及防治措施的重要基本条件。本文通过摸索兔局灶性脑缺血模型的制作方法,建立可控的实验动物模型。
