摘要
目的制备稳定性好的奥美拉唑肠溶微丸。方法采用离心造粒法制备奥美拉唑肠溶素丸，采用羟丙基甲基纤维素与滑石粉包隔离层，使用Eudragit L30D-55包衣制得奥美拉唑肠溶微丸。结果以羟丙基甲基纤维素及滑石粉包隔离后，提高了微丸的稳定性，而肠溶性包衣材料Eudragit L30D-55的使用，则使奥美拉唑微丸的释放度符合肠溶要求。结论离心造粒法工艺简便易行，重现性好，药物溶出度好。
Objective To prepare omeprazole enteric coated pellets. Methods Centrifugal granulation was performed to prepare omeprasole pellets. The mixture of HPMC and talc was used to subcoat the pellets. Enteric -coating material, Eudragit L30D -55 ,was used to coat the pellets. Results The stability of omeprazole pellets was improved when the pellets were subcoated with the mixture of HPMC and talc. Meanwhile, the application of Eudragit L30D -55 made the dissolution of the pellets meet the enteric release requirements. Conclusions Centrifugal granulation can be used to prepare omeprazole enteric pellets. The process is easy with excellent reprodueibility, the pellets present a profound dissolution profile.
