摘要
研究了喷射成形制备的WC颗粒增强M2高速钢复合材料中WC颗粒的形貌变化、成分变化。结果表明,WC颗粒的形貌、成分发生了较大的变化,但显微硬度并没有发生明显的下降。WC颗粒增强MMCs的硬度明显高于喷射成形高速钢和铸锻高速钢。
The changes of morphology and composition of WC particles in the WC particlereinforced M2 high speed steel composites frabicated by spray forming were studied.The results shows that the morphology and the composition of WC particles have been changed considerably,while the microhardness has not been decreased obviously.The hardness of WC particlereinforced MMCs is appreciably higher than that of the high speed steel made by spray forming,casting or forging process.
