摘要
在承德钢铁股份有限公司20t转炉半钢炼钢、全连铸、出钢温度1710~1730℃和终渣中TFe为20%~33%条件下,采用溅渣护炉技术(包括吹炼过程加白云石造渣、对终渣成分进行改质和降温、确定合理的氮气喷吹参数等)使炉龄提高1.8倍,降低成本10.3元/t钢。
Under the conditions of steelmaking using semi-steel as raw stuff heat size being 20 t, tapping at 1 710~1 730 ℃, the content of TFe in the slag at end point being 20 %~30 % and continuous casting, slag splashing (including adding dolomite for building of slag during blowing, changing the composition of the slag at end point, lowering the temperature of the slag at end point and determing the optimal parameters of nitrogen blowing) was used in a BOF in Chengde Iron and Steel Co., which increased the average lining life by 180 % and decreased the cost of per ton steel by RMB 10.3 yuan.
