摘要
文中对三种板厚及不同热处理状况的16MnR钢进行了一系列机械性能试验.从低温试验中得到了AKV、J_(1c)、COD、K_(1a)、σ_D、σ_s、E上的变化,还得到了FAD图及真实的应力—应变曲线.根据试验数据结果及试样的断口特点,可得出如下结论:J_(1c)值可用作确定C—Mn钢最低使用温度的基础.文章提出了一种新方法来确定低温压力容器的最低使用温度.
A series of mechanical properties tests are performed in this paper for 16MnR steel with three plate thickness and different heat treament states. the variations of AKV,Jlc,COD,Kla,σD,σ2, E are obtained from tests at low temperature,the FAD figures and true stress-strain cures are also obtained. According to the results of test data and tracture features of sample ,the conclusion can be obtained :The J1c value can be used as the basis of determining the minimum allowable temoerature for C-Mn steel. This paper gives a new methed to determine minimum allowable temperature for low temperature pressure vessel
