摘要
本文概述了舞钢生产低合金宽厚钢板所具有的装备水平、工艺特点和开发思路,对低合金钢生产品种进行了分类和综合评价,着重对WH60、19Mn6、16MnR、高层建筑用钢等品种的开发特点、技术要求和实物质量进行了总结和分析,找出了目前生产低合金钢存在的困难和不足,并对今后发展低合金钢提出了开发设想.
This article describes the installation level and process features possessed by Wuyang in the production of low alloy,wide and heavy plate and development idea,makes classification and comprehensive e-valuation of production varieties of low alloy steel, in particular summarizes and analyses the development features,technical reguirement and actual product quality of such varieties as WH60,19Mn6,16MnR and steel for high rise buildings, etc. finds out the difficalty and deficiency existed in the present production of low alloy steel,and puts forward development idea for developing low alloy steel in the years to come.
