摘要
通过介绍技术创新的含义、特征和山东冶金技术创新的进展，阐明了山东冶金工业开展技术创新工作的必要性和重要性，分析了在技术创新工作中存在的问题，提出了推进山东冶金工业技术创新工作的建议。
Conception and character of innovation and the development of metallurgical innovation of Shandong are introduced in this paper.The necessarity and importance of innovation developed in Shandong metallurgical industry are also introdued.Problems in the work of innovation are analyzed,and advice of developing innovation of Shandong metallurgical industry is also put forward.
