摘要
我国中小型规模炼钢厂(≤2万t/a)普遍采用密闭鼓风炉熔炼工艺,目前鼓风炉炼铜产量占全国粗铜产量的40%左右。通过设计改进和工艺操作进步,可解决造铳鼓风炉环境条件差、能耗高等问题。设计要符合富氧熔炼的实际,物料制备要严格,计量精确,过程检测和控制要采用合理先进的自动化技术,减少人为因素影响。
China's small-sized and medium-sized copper smelters(≤ 20, 000 t/ a) adopt generallythe closed-top blast furnace smelting process which produce about 40% of blister copper of the nation'stotal.The improvement of design and process operation can better environmental conditions of the blastfurnace and reduce energy consumption .Therefore,it is necessary to conduct the design based on the actual conditions of oxygen-enriched air smelting, to prepare the material strictly, to meter the mate rialaccurately and to use reasonably advanced and automatic technology for process monitoring and control soas to lessen effect of man - made factors.
