摘要
目前我国正处于高速发展的时期,需要相对稳定的国内外金融环境。但连年的贸易顺差在促进我国外汇储备高速增长的同时,大量的外汇占款较大程度地影响到我国货币政策的独立性,对外汇占款的冲销也逐渐成为央行的不可承受之重。为解决该问题,应加快外汇市场和货币市场体系建设,并完善人民币汇率形成机制。
At present, China is in a high-speed development period and requires a relatively stable domestic and international financial environment. But the continous trade surplus, and the rapid growth of China＇s foreign exchange reserves influence China＇s monetary policy autonomy greatly. The write-off of foreign exchange is becoming a big problem for the central bank. This paper discusses China＇s foreign exchange intervention in three aspects of theories, questions, and measures.
