摘要
海洋环境监测数据质量直接影响海洋环境管理决策的科学性。本文结合我国海洋环境监测数据现状,从数据管理的角度研究数据质量控制的内容、原理和方法。在此基础上,设计利用质量控制软件对海洋环境监测数据进行系统化的质量控制和管理,为我国海洋环境监测业务服务。
The quality level of the data in sea environmental monitoring affects the marine environment scientific management and deci- sion. Considering the sea environmental monitoring data, the content, principal and method of data quality control were discussed from the view of data management. The quality control software to cheek and mange monitoring data quality were systematically designed, providing the service for national sea environmental monitoring.
