摘要
对１２０例卖淫妇女的社会、心理和行为作了系统研究，显示文化水平低下、性及ＳＴＤ知识匮乏、婚恋受挫、家庭破裂、性道德扭曲、经济利益驱动和精神空虚，是青年妇女沦为暗娼的主要因素。通过物理查体和实验室检查，查出患者３２例，患病率２６．７％。显著高于一般人群，提示卖淫妇女为传播ＳＴＤ的核心人群。通过对３２例ＳＴＤ与８８例非ＳＴＤ组的对比研究，两组在下列诸因素间有显著或非常显著差异；未婚（Ｐ＜０．００１），性伴多而不固定（Ｐ＜０．００１），不坚持使用避孕套（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＳＴＤ知识匮乏（Ｐ＜０．００１）。据此，作者们认为及早采取国际上通用且行之有效的干预措施。
We administered a questionnaire to 120 FSWs’Social,Psychological and behavioural conditions.Physical and laboratory examinations were carried out too.The results showed that lowerl evel of education,lack of knowledge about STD,suffer setbacks in marrige and family,mistake idea in sexul morality and economic needs were the main factors for becoming the FSW 32 STD cases were found among them,a higher prevalence (26.7%) was given.Comparison of STD and non-STD group,suggested that the non-married younger FSW,more number of sex partners,inconsistent condom use,more lack of STD knowledge were the most important risk factors for occurrence of STD.According to this study,to develop a new STD control program may be a valuable strategy.
