摘要
在pH=5.8～6.6,铝(Ⅲ)离子能与四环素形成配合物并能显著增强四环素的吸光强度。据此建立了一种检测四环素的新方法。该方法的线性范围为0.1～9.6μg/mL,检出限为0.02μg/mL。此法用于四环素药物片剂的测定,结果令人满意。
In pH = 5.8-6.6, Al3＋ can react with Tetracycline （TC） to form complex and strengthen the absorption intensity of TC. Based on this, a new method is constructed to determination of TC. The absorption intensity was linear with the concentration of TC in the range of 0.1-9.6 μg/mL with the detection limit 0.02 μg/mL. The method has been successfully applied to the determination TC in tablets.
