棉用阻燃-抗皱整理剂的制备及应用 被引量:3

摘要 以三聚氰胺、亚磷酸二甲酯等为原料,合成了有机磷系含氮棉用阻燃剂.经差热测试表明,升温至800℃时,整理后织物质量保留率仍可达到30%以上.通过单因素实验,研究了阻燃剂用量、整理液pH值、焙烘温度及洗涤次数对阻燃效果的影响,并确定了最佳应用工艺条件:阻燃剂400 g/L,催化剂MgCl2 10 g/L,pH值为3.5,浸工作液10 min,二浸二轧,80℃预烘3 min,170℃焙烘3 min.此条件下的极限氧指数(LOI)达到30.6,折皱回复角达到240.6°.经50次标准水洗后极限氧指数仍可达到26.4,折皱回复角可达到188.5°,表明制备的整理剂具有较好的阻燃性能和耐洗涤性能. A kind of flame retardant contains phosphorus and nitrogen for cotton was synthesized using melamine and dimethylphosphite as materials. The difference thermal analysis indicated that the mass retention of finished fabric could still be over 30% when the temperature was heat up to 800℃. The influence of dosage of flame retardant, pH value of the finishing liquor, curing temperature and washing times on the flame retarding results were investigated by single factor experiments. The optimal procedure was obtained: 400 g/L of flame retardant, 10 g/L of catalyst MgCI2, pH 3.5, dip for 10 min,two dip two pad, dried at 80℃ for 3 min and cured at 170℃ for 3 min. Under the optimum condition, the LOI of treated fabric could be 30.6 and the wrinkle recovery angle reached 240.6°. The LOI could be 26.4 and the wrinkle recovery angle reached 188.5° after 50 standard washes. The results showed that the prepared flame retardant had good flame retardance and washability.
