盐酸坦索罗辛胶囊联合吲哚美辛栓剂辅助治疗下段输尿管结石的效果 被引量：1

摘要 目的评价盐酸坦索罗辛胶囊联合吲哚美辛栓剂辅助治疗下段输尿管结石的效果。方法将患者分成2组:实验组碎石当日或保守治疗当日口服盐酸坦索罗辛胶囊0.2 mg,12 h 1次;肛纳吲哚美辛栓剂25 mg,3次/d,约7 d。对照组碎石或保守治疗当日出现疼痛不适时给予度冷丁50 mg与黄体酮40 mg肌肉注射的对症治疗。结果实验组在碎石治疗或保守治疗后相关疼痛、下坠不适感明显减轻,结石一次碎石排出率明显高于对照组。结论盐酸坦索罗辛胶囊联合吲哚美辛栓剂辅助治疗下段输尿管结石可有效缓解相关不适,提高结石排除率。
