摘要
目的探讨Meek植皮技术修复大面积烧伤创面的效果。方法选择36例大面积烧伤患者（TBSA〉50%）,其中12例用Meek皮片移植作为A组,12例使用传统小邮票皮和/或异种皮混合移植作为B组,12例用微粒皮移植作为C组。结果Meek皮片移植能明显节省自体皮源,减少手术操作时间,提高植皮成活率,创面Ⅰ期愈合,术后随访患者3~6个月,均取得满意效果,修复效果明显优于B组及C组。结论Meek皮片移植是目前大面积深度烧伤创面修复较为理想的皮片移植技术,可以明显缩短住院时间,减少医疗费用。
Objective It is to explore the effect of Meek skin grafting technique on extensive burned traumatic area. Methods 36 patients with large burned surface area （TBSA〉 50 % ） were chosen. 12 of them who were treated by Meek grafting technique was group A,and 12 of them who were treated by stamp skin grafting technique or allo-skin mixed grafting was group B, 12 of them who were treated by micro-skin grafting was group C. Results Meek skin grafting technique could econ- omize donor skin, shortern operating time, increase survival rate, and the patients＇ surface area had scared while Period I. After followed up for 3 to 6 months, the repair effect was satisfied, and it was better than that in group B and C. Conclusion Meek skin grafting technique is a more perfect grafting technique for repairing deep burned surface area at present, it also can decrease hospital stay time and reduce cost of medical treatment.
