摘要
目的探讨解决脂肪移植存活率低的有效途径。方法选用Wistar大鼠18只,随机分为3组,每组6只,分别用10 ng/ml HGF、1 ng/ml HGF、生理盐水处理三组,移植1个月后分别采集移植的脂肪组织,测量纯移植体的体积,对不同实验组和对照组大鼠行HE染色观察移植组织病理学变化。结果10 ng/ml和1 ng/ml HGF处理组的移植体的存活量高于盐水处理组的存活量P<0.05),10 ng/ml和1 ng/ml HGF处理组间的存活量差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论一定浓度的HGF对移植鼠颗粒脂肪组织有促进其血管增生的作用,可以提高移植后脂肪组织存活量。
Objective To find an effective way of improve the lower livability of the fat transplantation. Methods Choose 18 Wistar rats,which were divided into 3 groups randomly. Three groups were treated respectively by 10 ng/mlHGF, 1 ng/mlHGF and normal saline, then collected the transplanted adipose tissue from three treated groups after one month of the transplantation ; measured of the pure graft size, calculated the livability of the different experimental group, and observed Histopathological changes of treated groups and control group 'after the HE staining. Results The graft livability of 10 ng/ml and 1 ng/ml HGF treated groups is higher than the the normal saline treated group( P 〈 0. 05 ) , but there was no significant difference between two treated groups( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion A certain concentration of HGF has the role of promoting vascular proliferation on the particles adipose tissue of transplanted rat, and it can improve the hvability of adipose tissue after trans- plantation.
