摘要
研究了DNA对钕-肉桂酸-邻菲罗啉三元配合物的荧光敏化作用,并在此基础上建立了荧光法测定DNA的新方法.pH=8.0的Tris缓冲液中,DNA在0.23~5.68μg/mL浓度范围内,稀土配合物-DNA体系的荧光强度值(F)与DNA浓度(CDN。)具有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程F=22.40CDNA+83.88,相关系数r=0.997,检出限为0.07μg/mL,加标回收率为92.6%-103.2%,RSD=1.85%~3.42%.结果表明,由于DNA的加入,使体系荧光强度增强,且加入DNA浓度和体系荧光强度间存在线性关系,表明配合物和DNA间存在插入作用.
A new Fluorescent Spectrum method for the determination of DNA with Ternary Rare Earth Complexes has been established under the special condition. The Fluorescent intensity was proporitional to the concentration of DNA in the range of 0.23 - 5.68 μg/mL with the detection limit of 0.07μg/mL. The average recovery was 92.6% -103.2% ,the RSD was 1.85% - 3.42%. The fluorescence intensity value of complex of DNA and [ Nd (phen) (cin) 3 ( H2 O) ] has be heightened. That shows the effect of insert can be proved between DNA and the rare earth complexes.
