摘要
论述了开阳县的水资源利用现状评价,结合水利工程规划,对不同水平年的水资源供需量进行的全面预测,通过优化配置提出最终方案,并提出开阳县的水资源可持续利用的几点措施和建议,为开阳县合理利用水资源提供了科学依据。
The available quantity of water resources in kaiyang county was studied. In combination with the water conservancy engineering plan, the overall forecast of supply and demand of water resources in different year was conducted,which provides scientific basis for reasonably developing the available water quantity and makes water resources configuration as effective as possible.
