摘要
选用食用菌基质、豆腐渣和麒麟菜渣等废弃农副产品经生物发酵工艺处理的生态饲料(FP组)、晒干并喂前喷洒微生态制剂(AM组)和晒干直接饲喂(CK组)3种处理,进行奶牛饲养试验,结果证明,经生物发酵的生态饲料效果最佳,FP组与CK组相比,产乳量、乳料比、乳脂率和乳蛋白分别增加2.44kg(P=0.04)、0.48(P=0.009)、0.37个百分点(P=0.002)、0.13个百分点(P=0.016),相应提高11%、18%、13%和5%,产乳成本减少0.11元/kg(P=0.015),节省15%。
Ecological feedstuff made by mushroom base dregs, soya-bean residue and eucheuma dregs is handled with three kinds of technique: biological fermentation ( FP group), sunning dry and spraying microbial preparation before feeding ( AM group), and sunning dry ( CK group). These are in progress milk cow feeding experiment, which shows: FP group is best, compared with CK group. The milk yield, ratio of milk yield and feed, milk protein and milk fat increase by 2.44 kg (P = 0.04) 0.48 ( P = 0.009 ) 0.37 percentage point (P =0.002) ,0. 13 percentage point (P =0.016) respectively,and improve 11% ,18% ,13% and 5% correspondently. The product milk cost decrease 0. 11 yuan / kg (P = 0.015 ), 15 % lower than before.
