蝗虫在滑板表面滑移效应的测试 被引量:6

Sliding effect test of locust on surface of slope plates

摘要 为给蝗虫灾害机械化捕集装置中落蝗滑板选取及倾斜角度的设定提供理论支持,利用自制的滑移试验箱与自组建的视频监控系统,采用比照试验法,测试了蝗虫在不同材料与不同倾斜角度滑板的滑移效应,分析了影响蝗虫在滑板表面滑移行为的因素.试验结果表明:以镀锌铁板,PVC板和普通玻璃板为滑板时,滑移效应均随倾斜角的增加而增强;倾斜角确定时,镀锌铁板具有最强的滑移效应,PVC板其次,普通玻璃板最弱;镀锌铁板更适合作蝗虫机械捕集机构的落蝗滑板,相应的最小倾斜角宜为40°;蝗虫的滑移效应不但受到虫体重力和滑板倾斜角的影响,还因蝗虫脚掌与附着物表面存在的机械锁合和柔性平面接触两种作用而受到滑板表面粗糙度和硬度的影响. To provide theoretical reference for the selection of materials and slanting angle in locust capturing machine, by utilizing slippage experiment box and video monitoring system, and by adopting contrast experiment method, sliding effects of locust on the surface of slippage plate with different materials and slanting angles were tested, and the factors that affect the sliding behaviors were analyzed. The resuits suggest that when the materials are zinc plate, silicate glass, and PVC plastic, the sliding effect improves obviously as the slanting angle increases. The zinc plate shows considerable sliding effect, the silicate glass shows weak effect, and the PVC plastic is in the middle when the slanting angle is fixed. Based on the experiment result, zinc plate is more suitable for slope plate of locust capturing and the minimum slanting angle should be 40°. Presumably, the sliding effect is affected by avoirdupois of locust, the slanting angle, the surface roughness and rigidity of slope plate.
