摘要
目的探索脑动脉瘤的早期手术效果。方法对32例动脉瘤的早期手术病例进行了分析，32例脑动脉瘤中颈内动脉瘤20例，前交通动脉瘤2例，大脑前动脉瘤5例，大脑中动脉瘤5例。采取螺旋CT三维血管成像技术、脑血管造影进行诊断，利用显微手术完成手术。结果随访2个月～1年，良好26例，残废4例，植物生存2例。结论对脑动脉瘤，一旦确诊，应予早期手术，大多可获得良好的疗效。
Objective To investigate effect of pristine surgery on intracranial aneurysms. Methods 32 cases of pristine surgery of intracranial aneurysms were analyzed, including 20 cases of internal carotid artery aneurysm, 2 cases of anterior communicating artery aneurysrns, 5cases of anterior cerebral artery aneurysms, and 5 cases of middle cerebral artery aneurysms. All the case were diagnosed with spiral CT three-dimensional angio-imaging, digital substract angiography and treated with micro-operation. Results Follow up from 2 months to 1 year, 26 cases was good recovery, 4 cases suffered disability, 2 eases were vegetative state. Conclusion Pristine surgery could provide good curative effect on intracranial aneurysms.
