摘要
采用细胞悬液移植法将15天大鼠胚胎新皮质移植物植入成年大鼠大脑皮质内,在移植后4、10、30、60、90、120、200天取材,对存活移植物进行光镜水平组织学定性和定量观察,分别对移植物体积和神经元体积及其数密度的变化进行追踪观察。结果表明移植物发育成熟,移植物与宿主脑建立了解剖学上的整合。
ell suspension obtained from 15day rat embryos was implanted into the cerebral cortex of adult rats and analyzed at level of light microscope qualitatively and quantitatively at 4,10,20,30,60,90,120,and 200 days after transplantation. The volume of the transplants and the volume and number density of neurons were calculated using microimage analysis system. The results revealed that the transplants had developed well and integrated anatomically with the host brain.
