０．２５％布比卡因小剂量连续硬膜外阻滞用于分娩镇痛，虽不能达到完全无痛，但已能有效地缓解产痛，对母婴无不利影响。
Continuous epidural injection of 0.25% buprecaine at a total dose less than 10ml was used for the control of birth pain. This small dose of buprecaine did not abobish birth pain, but was strong enough to control the pain to a tolerable degree, without producing any unwanted side effects.
