摘要
采用随机平行分组，双盲，单剂量方法比较了１６９名患者埋伏阻生齿拔除术后５种不同镇痛方案的镇痛效果。发现镇痛效果由小到大依次为：阿斯匹林０．６或氨基比林０．６＜ＡＰＣ０．７６＜强痛定６０ｍｇ＜阿斯匹林０．６＋咖啡因０．１＋扑尔敏４ｍｇ。作者认为虽然新型的镇痛剂不断出现，对于阻生齿拔除术后产生的局部疼痛，传统的解热镇痛剂与咖啡因和抗组胺药合理组合。
This study compared the analgesic effects of five prescriptions in 169 patients by parallel group, double blind design after their third unerupted molars were extracted. The results showed that the power of analgesic effects can be arranged as follows: Asprin 0.6 or Amidazophen 0.6< APC 0.76 < Butylcinnamylpyrazin 60mg <Asprin 0.6 combined with Coffein 0.1 and Chlortrimeton 4mg. It is concluded that although new analgesics appeared frequently, the conventional nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs combined with coffein and antihistamine druge are still effective methods for the control of the pain elicited by the extraction of the unerupted third molars.
