摘要
目的:观察外用活血通络外敷散配合口服加减身痛逐瘀汤治疗腰间盘突出症的远期临床疗效。方法:将209例腰间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组114例,对照组95例,对照组采用牵引、推拿常规理疗,治疗组外用活血通络外敷散,内服加减身痛逐瘀汤。两组治疗3周后观察患者疼痛积分的变化,并于治疗后和停药6个月分别判断临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后较治疗前疼痛积分均显著降低(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后疼痛积分与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组近期临床总有效率为92.9%,对照组为85.2%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组远期(停药6个月)临床总有效率为55.3%,对照组为33.7%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:活血通络外敷散配合加减身痛逐瘀汤可减轻腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛症状,近期和远期疗效优于常规牵引、推拿治疗。
Objective：To observe the long - term therapeutic effect of Huoxue Tongluo Powder combination modified Shentong Zhuyu decoction on treating Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods ：209 cases of Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were derided into two groups randomly ,and the treatment group（ n = 114） was treated with the traction and massage, and the control group （n = 95 ） was treated with Huoxue Tongluo Powder for apply combination modified Shentong Zhuyu decoction for oral use ,to observe the pain points and the therapeutic effect after three weeks and six monthes of treatment. Results： Compared with before treatment, the pain points were decreased obviously in two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and the pain points were different obviously between two groups after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The near effective rate of treatment group was 92.9% ,which was higher than that of control group（85.2% ,P 〈 0.05 ）. The prostecdtive effective rate of treatment group was 55.3%, which was higher than that of control group （ 33.7% , P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The Huoxue Tongluo Powder combination modified Shentong Zbuyu decoction could relieve pains ,which is super to that of the routine treatment of traction and massage in near or prostecdtive efficacy.
