摘要
目的:优选二妙胶囊中黄柏最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计L9(34)法,以总浸膏量和盐酸小檗碱的含量为指标,综合评分考察。结果:最佳提取工艺为10倍量的70%乙醇回流提取3次,每次1.5h。结论:优选得到的工艺合理可行。
Objective： To optimize the best extraction process of cortex phellodendri in ErMiao capsules. Methods ： orthogonal design L9 （ 3^4 ） was used to study the best extraction condition with the content of the synthesized evaluation of total extraction and berberine. Results： The optimum extraction condition was as follow： coarse powder,70 percent ethanol, refusing and extracting for 3 times,total 1.5 hours,10 folds of 70% ethanol. Conclusion： The optimum technology condition is reasonable and practicable for extraction.
