摘要
目的:观察生脉复律汤治疗快速型心律失常的临床疗效。方法:选取快速型心律失常患者60例,分别应用生脉复律汤加常规药物及步长稳心颗粒加常规药物分组进行治疗,观察两组患者的疗效及心电图的变化。结果:生脉复律汤组的有效率为83.3%,步长稳心颗粒组的有效率为80%,两组间差异无显著性(P>0.05);亚组分型提示生脉复律汤治疗快速型心房纤颤的有效率明显高于步长稳心颗粒组(P<0.01),且疗程明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论:生脉复律汤能够有效治疗快速型心律失常,且对快速型心房纤颤的治疗效果显著。
Objective：To study clinical effects of pulse Engendering palpitation stabilizing decoction on patients with tacho arrhythmia cordis. Methods： 60 patients with tacho arrhythmia cordis, divided into two groups, who were managed with pulse Engendering palpitation stabilizing decoction and Buchang quiet the heart pellet , the therapeutic effect , parameters of ECG were compared in two groups. Results ： The effective ratio of pulse Engendering palpitation stabilizing decoction on patients with tacho arrhythmia cordis was similar to Buchang quiet the heart pellet （85.3% vs 80% ,P 〉0.05） ; But the effective ratio of pulse Engendering palpitation stabilizing decoction on patients with tacho atrial fibrillation was significantly higher than Buchang quiet the heart pellet （100% vs 60% ,P 〈0. 01 ） ,the period of treatment were significantly shorten （P 〈 0.01 ） Conclusion： Pulse Engendering palpitation stabilizing decoction can cure the patients with tacho arrhythmia cordis ,the effects of pulse Engendering palpitation stabilizing decoction on patients with tacho atrial fibril- lation were supior to Buchang quiet the heart pellet.
