摘要
目的研究云南军人心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法随机整群抽取驻云南某部军人2557例,运用军人心理健康量表进行测评,并与全军常模进行比较。结果云南军人各因子分均明显高于全军常模(P<0.001)。云南军人组与年龄、军龄、民族、文化程度等因素的多元逐步回归分析结果显示,文化程度与心理健康状况成负相关,年龄、民族与心理健康状况成正相关。结论云南高原军人心理健康状况较差。
Objective To know the mental health of Yunnan soldiers and its impact factors. Methods 2557 Yunnan soldiers were taken out randomly, and were assessed with Scale of Soldier Mental Health. And then the result was compared with the normal model of PIA. Results Each score of Yunnan soldiers was significantly higher than the normal model of PIA （P〈0. 001）. The stepwise regression analysis showed that the factors of age, army age and nations had positive relationship with mental health and culture levels had negative relationship with mental health. Conclusion The mental health of Yunnan soldiers was worse.
