摘要
通过对高校教师和大学生之间信任关系的实证调查,指出当前师生信任水平偏低的现状,并分析了影响师生信任的因素,在此基础上结合实际情况提出相应对策以提高高校师生信任水平,从而促进高校组织和谐发展。
On the empirical investigation the papaer points out the current low level of trust between university teachers and students, and analyzes the factors affecting teacher-student trust. On the basis of this and the related practice, it brings about the actual countermeasures that roundly raise the level of teacher-student trust in university, and implement harmonious development of university organization.
