宫腔镜电切术治疗宫内妊娠物残留的临床分析

摘要 目的探讨宫腔镜电切术治疗宫内妊娠物残留的价值。方法对36例临床及B超诊断为宫内妊娠组织残留,已行过2~3次清宫的患者行宫腔镜下电切术。结果36例患者均在宫腔镜下1次治疗成功。结论宫腔镜电切术是治疗宫内妊娠组织残留的直观、准确、可靠的方法,有较好的临床应用价值。 [Objective] To discuss the value of hysteroscopic transcervical resection of residual pregnancy tissue in uterine cavity. [Methods] A total of 36 patients with residual pregnancy tissue in uterine cavity were treated in our hospital with hysteroscopic transcervieal resection. All the patients were diagnosed by clinical doctors and B-ultrasonography. [Results] Treatment of the 36 patients was successful by one hysteroscopie transcervical resection. [Conclusion] Hysteroscopic transeervical resection is a direct, correct and reliable technique in the treatment of residual pregnancy tissue in uterine cavity, which has important clinic value.
