摘要
苏共走向分裂垮台的关键是党内部出了问题,不同派别的存在及发展导致了党的团结和统一遭到严重破坏。通过对苏共由分派最终走向分裂垮台的历史进行考察,可以得出这样的经验教训:党内一旦分派,必然会产生派别斗争,结果很容易导致政党分裂;党内分派与多党制紧密联系,党内分裂直接导致多党制格局的形成;无产阶级政党必须坚持民主集中制的原则,发展党内民主并不是抛弃民主集中制;党内民主是党的生命,但发展党内民主必须防止极端民主化。
The key that the Soviet Communist Party is split is that something is wrong within the Party with different factions. Through this event, we can learn such lessons： once there are factions within the Party, there must be struggles that will lead to the split. The proletariat party must adhere to the principle of democratic centrality. Developing democracy does not mean discarding the democratic centrality. The democracy within the Party is the life of the Party, but extreme democratic tendency should be avoided.
