摘要
目的:观察小柴胡颗粒联合舒比利片治疗躯体形式障碍的临床疗效及副作用。方法:选择躯体形式障碍患者58例,随机分为两组,对照组28例,单纯使用舒比利片治疗,观察组30例,以小柴胡颗粒联合舒比利片进行治疗,8周后进行临床疗效及副作用观察。结果:治疗8周后对照组有效率53.8%,观察组有效率80%,两组较治疗前症状明显好转(P<0.01),观察组疗效明显好于对照组(P<0.05);并且治疗2周末观察组较对照组见效快(P<0.05);观察组较对照组不良反应表现轻(P<0.05)。结论:小柴胡颗粒联合舒比利片治疗躯体形式障碍较单纯使用舒比利片能明显提高疗效,减少副作用。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative and side effect of Somatoform Disorders treated by Bupleurum Granule combined with Dobren tablets. Methods： 58 cases of Somatoform Disorders were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group contains 28 cases was only treated by Dobren tablets, as well the treated group was given Bupleurum Granule combined with Dobren tablets. The observation was made to see the clinical curative and side effect after 8 weeks. Results： The curative rates of the control group was 53.8%, and the treated group was 80%, both of them were much better than pretherapy （ P〈0.01 ）. Compared the curative effect between them , the treated group was siginificant better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）, meanwhile much faster in 2 weeks （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; In addition, the side effect of the treated group was lower than the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions ：It is indicated that Bupleurum Granule combined with Dobren tablets has an even better curative effect and lower side effect on Somatoform Disorders.
