摘要
王运律教授从事中医药治疗再生障碍性贫血的研究20年余,现为上海中医药大学附属市中医医院血液科主任,上海中西医结合血液专业委员会副主任委员,全国中西医结合血液专业委员会委员。现主要从"补肾为本、辨明阴阳"、"顾护脾胃、寒热并用"和"出现变证,标而本之"三方面阐述王运律教授治疗再障时擅长审病求证、因人制宜和辨证施治的用药经验。
Prof. Wang Yunlv has more than twenty years＇experience in studying the treatment of aplastic anemia with Traditional Chinese Medicine. Now he is the Director of Department of Hematology in Shanghai Municipal Hospital of TCM Attached to Shanghai University of TCM, the Vice Chairman of Hematology Committee, Shanghai Association of Chinese Integrative Medicine, and the committee member of Hematology Committee, Chinese Association of Chinese Integrative Medicine. Prof. Wang is perfectly good at differentiating disease to identify syndrome, treating in accordance with individuality and entirety, as well as pattern identification and treatment when he treats aplastic anemia with Chinese herbs. The article explained the TCM therapy experience of him in treating aplastic anemia by following three aspects： Supplementing kidney by differentiating yin and yang clearly, Protecting spleen and stomach with heat and cold herbs simultaneously, and Treating secondary symptoms first in emergency.
