摘要
复发性口腔溃疡是一种以周期性反复发作为特点的口腔黏膜局限性溃疡损伤,可发生在口腔黏膜的任何部位。口腔溃疡的病因较复杂,临床治疗要根据不同的诱因,针对性地治疗。一般医家把治疗重点放在局部溃疡的处理上,对复发性口腔溃疡,局部治疗并不能解决问题,反而因迁延不愈,而使疾病加重。陈湘君教授从整体出发,对于本病的治疗采用。灵活辨证,标本兼顾的方法,将本病提纲契领地分为:①心脾积热;②阴虚火旺;③阳气亏虚。同时配合外治,重视预防。通过内服外治,取得了较好效果,不仅减少发作、缩短病程,而且可调整体质。
Recurrent oral ulcer is characterized as a periodic recurrent ulcer of oral mucosa. Recurrence oral ulcer randomly occurs in oral mucosa. Oral ulcer is mediated by multiple pathways. Thus, proper treatment of oral ulcer involves approaches targeting these pathways. Conventional treatment is focused on treating the local ulcer. However,recurrent oral ulcer is difficult to be cured by local treatment. In some cases, local treatment even makes the ulcer worse. Based on the view of systemic treatment, Professor CHEN Xiang-jun treats this disease by two approaches ：ease-dependent dialectic with respect to both the symptoms and the mechanisms of the disease, which defines the mechanisms of recurrent oral ulcer as＂ hot in the heart mad spleen＂, ＂Yin-deficieney and a prosperous＂ and＂ Weakness in Yang＂. Combination of systemic and local treatments with serious respect to prevent. By a combination of systemic and local treatment, we observed better treatment effects including a reduction in recurrence and time course with long term improvement of physique.
