摘要
对变速器中壳结疤缺陷及其产生的原因进行了分析,从型砂性能、浇注时间、夹砂结疤部位的涂料喷涂等几方面进行控制,解决了铸件局部结疤缺陷问题。
The scab of transmission gearbox shell was studied, and the possible causes of the scab in the green sand casting were analyzed. Finally the defect of scab was eliminated through controlling properties of molding sand, pouring time and coating, etc.
