摘要
在湿型砂中采用FS粉代替煤粉,能够降低型砂中的水分、灰分、发气量,提高了型砂的透气性、强度和造型生产率,减少粘砂,气孔,砂眼等缺陷,同时可以使得工人的工作环境也得到改善。
FS powder can substitute for coal dust to prevent metal penetration in the green molding sand casting. The results show that it can reduce moisture, ash content, and gas evolution of green molding sand; improve permeability and strength of the molding sand and increase molding productivity; reduce sand inclusion, metal penetration and blowhole of the castings; as well as improve working environment.
