摘要
介绍了粗开孔型二次热处理精轧半钢轧辊生产研制情况。采用球化退火后,粗开孔型,再进行二次热处理,使辊身表面和槽底得到相同的索氏体金相组织,取得良好的轧制效果;并将此经验成功移植到普通合金铸钢轧辊上。结果表明,半钢轧辊、铸钢轧辊,热处理后的基体组织决定了其耐磨度和抗事故性能,耐磨度与轧辊硬度没有必然联系。
The study and production of the semi steel precision rolls after crude roll pass and second heating treatment are introduced in this paper. The sorbite structure can be obtained on the surface of roll body and in the groove bottom of roll after spheroidizing annealing and crude roll pass and second heating treatment. These can result in better rolling effects. The technology is also suitable for the production of ordinary alloy cast steels. An important conclusion can be drawn, i.e. for the semi steel rolls and the cast steel rolls, the wear resistance and anti-accidence performance depend on the matrix structure after the heating treatment, and the wear resistance has not positive connection with the roll hardness.
