摘要
根据重庆市标定地价空间组织研究,提出城镇标准地块空间配置的技术路线为:以城镇土地定级成果为基础,以标准地块功能特征为依据,揭示城市土地级差和房地产市场价格线性分布规律,建立标准地块线性分布计量模型。
According to the studying practice of space structure of the public land price in chongqing city, the paper raises a technical path of disposing the standard lot that founded on the achievement of city's land grading, based upon function features of the standard lot, reveals the linear laws of the land grade and the real estate price in city, and sets up the linear distribution model of the standard lot. A quantitative scheme drown up by the model can meet the demands of the land price running in Jiulongpo district, Chongqing.
