摘要
本文对试验用X80钢的焊接性进行了详尽的分析,进行了-20℃低温环境下可行的2种焊接工艺试验,根据相应的常规力学性能试验、金相检验和硬度测试结果,提出了-20℃低温环境下相应的焊接工艺参数和技术措施。
The weldability of X80 was analyzed in detail in this paper, and two feasible welding tests were carried under low temperature environment of -20 ℃. According to the result of the mechanical test, metalographic and hardness tests, two feasible welding procedures and relevant welding parameter and technique message were provided in this paper.
