摘要
目的:探讨新生儿红臀的预警以及护理对策。方法:根据红臀风险预警报告表来预测评分红臀的危险度,并进行预警性分层护理干预;对照组进行常规护理,比较两组红臀发生率的差异。结果:预警干预组400例有8例发生红臀,发病率为2%;400例常规护理组有31例发生红臀,发病率为8%,预警干预组显著少于常规护理组。结论:采用新生儿红臀预警分层护理干预,能有效的预防红臀发生率。
Objective To explore the countermeasures for newborn red buttock early warning and nursing. Method The risk of red buttock was predicted according to the early warning report of red buttock risks and pre - warning stratified intervention of nursing was con- ducted. The control group was treated by routine nursing. The difference in the incidence of red buttock was compared. Results In the pre -warning intervention group, 8 of 400 eases suffered from red buttock, with the incidence of 2% ; in the control group, 31 of 400 cases suffered from red buttock, with the incidence of 8% ; the incidence of red buttock was significantly higher in the control group than the pre - warning intervention group. Conclusion Pre - warning stratified intervention of nursing for newborn red buttock may effectively prevent the occurrence of red buttock.
