摘要
当前幼儿园教学活动中严重地存在着学科特点流失的现象。这主要是由于教师对课改新理念的误读和教师执行力偏低等原因导致的。为此,必须引导教师合理地把握课改新理念,提高幼儿园教学的有效性,并加强幼儿教师队伍建设,促进教师在教学活动中执行力的增强,以从根本上提高幼儿园教学的实效性。
The phenomenon of discipline characteristic's running off existes in today's kindergarten teaching activities. This is mainly due to teachers' misreading of the new concept of curriculum reform and low execution. For these reasons, we must guide teachers to grasp the new concept of curriculum reform, strengthen the construction of preschool teachers' team and promote preschool teachers to improve their execution in the teaching activities.
