摘要
以5-氯水杨醛与氨基硫脲为原料通过Schiffe碱缩合反应合成了5-氯水杨醛缩氨基硫脲,并采用X-射线单晶衍射对其结构进行了表征。标题化合物属于单斜晶系,空间群P2(1)/c,晶胞参数a=0.58370(8)nm,b=2.3701(3)nm,c=0.75640(10)nm,β=04.031(2)°,V=1.0152(2)nm3,Dc=1.503g/cm3,Z=4,μ=0.551 mm-1,F(000)=472,R=0.0959,wR=0.2146.
A new 5-chlorosalicylaldehyde thiosemicarbazone Schiff base was synthesized by Schiff base condensation reaction using 5-chlorosalicylaldehyde as raw material raw. And its structure was charac- terized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. The results show that the comound crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P20(1)/c, cell parameter α = 0. 58370(8) nm, b = 2. 3701 (3) nm, c = 0. 75640(10) nm,β= 104.031 (2)°,V=1. 0152(2) nm^3,Dc = 1. 503 g/cm^3 ,Z = 4,μ= 0. 551 mm^-1 , F(000) = 472,R = 0.0959, wR= 0.2146.
