摘要
研制了一种综合性能较好的导电复合材料,用于飞机防冰前缘。对这种材料的发热特性(热功转换效率、伏安特性、负温度系数效应)、电热老化性能等进行了考察,并同当前飞机所用的金属电阻丝进行了比较。
Scientists have studied conducting polymers for over twenty years. Some of the conducting polymers have been widely used in civil industry, but rarely in aeronautic industry. A kind of conducting carbonblack filled polymer composite was prepared. It is mainly used as heating device in order to prevent water from freezing into ice on areoplane wings while the metal resistance heating device has been used for a long time. The experimental results show that such kind of conducting composite gives linear UI characteristic and NTC characteristic and has high energy efficiency. After long time aging, its mechanical and electronic performances remain stable. The energy efficiency of conducting polymer composite can be comparable to NiCr resistance wire. This research has done the pioneering work for the application of conducting polymer composite in areonautic industry.
