摘要
利用Ce4+和炭黑表面的羟甲基组成的氧化还原体系,探讨了甲基丙烯酸在炭黑表面的接技聚合机理。研究表明:反应温度和时间、单体和硝酸的浓度以及铈离子的用量对该反应有显著的影响。经接枝改性的炭黑在氢氧化氨水溶液中具有良好的分散稳定性。
Using a redox initiating system consisting of ceric ions and hydroxymethyl groups on carbon black surface, free radical graft polymerization of methacrylic acid onto carbon black surface was investigated. The concentration of monomers, nitric acid, used amount of ceric ion, reactive time and temperature had influence on the graft polymerization. According to determination of zeta potential and analysis of FTIR and TEM, there are some graft polymers on the modified carbon black surface.
