摘要
通过用聚丙烯微孔膜含浸混合单体然后原位共聚合的方法成功地制得了新型聚丙烯基互穿聚合物网络复合膜。相分离的共聚物玻璃化转变温度随组成的改变,从而影响到复合膜的模量、断裂行为和屈服行为。
A novel polypropylene based interpenetrating polymer networks(IPN) was prepared via insitu copolymerization of mixed monomers within the pores of a microporous polypropylene membrane. The glass transition temperature of the phase separated random copolymers varied with their composition. The mechanical properties of the IPN combined that of the copolymer and polypropylene. Stretching would orient the polymers and change the blending state of the IPN. The IPN had potentials to be used as composite membrane.
