摘要
在计入熔体输送流动的非牛顿性和非等温性的前提下,推导出了熔体输送段流量、扭矩、轴向力、比功耗、平均剪切强度及螺杆效率这些熔体输送特性参数的计算式。
With the nonNewtonian and non-isothermal property of the melt-conveying flow taken into account, the author works out the formulas for computing the performance parameters of melt-conveying such as flow rate, torque, axial force, special energy consumption, mean shearing intensity and screw efficiency. This work paves a road for the further study on melt-conveying mechanism.
